Laura Marcus obtained a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a master´s degree in management. After two years at Siemens as Subsidiaries Manager and two years in Venture Development at a FinTech start-up, she joined Celonis in 2018, where she most recently headed the Customer Strategy & Operations department. Since September 2021, she has been working as a research assistant at the FIM Research Center in Augsburg and is completing her doctorate under Prof. Maximilian Röglinger at the University of Bayreuth. In her research, Laura Marcus focuses on topics primarily related to data-driven business process management and successful scaling and adoption of Process Mining solutions at an enterprise level. Besides work she is a passionate scuba diver and happy to get any recommendations for her next trip!
