Alessandro Berti is a software engineer with expertise in Process Mining topics (process discovery, conformance checking, object-centric Process Mining). He is one of the main contributors of the "Process Mining for Python" (PM4Py) initiative, and he is the main contact point for rapid prototyping of software in CPI (process extractors, new analysis, and filtering techniques). He is interested in big data (distributed engines, CPU- and GPU-bound data frames, preprocessing of datasets with billions of events). Aside programming, he likes horror and criminal movies, drinking good beer and getting tested for COVID-19 every day.
